FAA Pre-Application Program Management
Grissom Spaceport (Phase I)
PMG Consulting is leading Phase I program execution for the Grissom Spaceport development effort, supporting the Miami County Economic Development Authority (MCEDA) in preparation for the FAA Office of Commercial Space Transportation pre-application process. Leveraging Grissom’s 12,000-foot runway, new control tower, and surrounding aerospace ecosystem, PMG is aligning regulatory pathways, safety governance, and operational frameworks required to position the site as a viable inland spaceport.
This work establishes a disciplined foundation for future licensing while supporting broader national efforts to expand resilient, non-coastal aerospace infrastructure and regional space ecosystem development.
